Your Back Office
Please log in to your back office and get familiar with it.
To log in, go to the Home page, www.voiparty.com and click on the Virtual Office link at the top of the page, or go directly to: https://www.voiparty.com/ plexum.php
Enter your user name (vipXXXX) and password.
You should be able to easily locate a link where you can makes changes to your personal info, including tax info and such. Put your cursor on My Account and click on My Profile (if you actually click on My Account, the various icons that are then displayed will link you up, as well.)
Once there, you can click on “edit,” which is next to Account Snap Shot, near the top of the page, in bold. You can now make changes to your information. (If you do, remember to click “save”!)
Note that in order to change your password, there is a separate link on the left, Modify Password.
Sending Out Invitation Codes
Instructions for sending out/assigning invitation codes are included with the email you receive from VoiParty, “Let’s Get Your Party Started.” There are several ways to create the numbers but we think the easiest way is to assign a specific code to each individual.
As soon as you’re ready you can send people an Invitation Code and I would recommend that you do the same as I have done for the 1st 5. My number is 1843 so I add a 3-digit code to my number. I used 1555101, 1555102, 1555103, etc.
Your VIP number + 101,102,103,104,105. Do not use vip or hyphens.
Suggested instruction to send to people to sign up:
First you need to sign up soooo ~ here are the instructions:
- Go to: http://www.voiparty.com
- Click on the “Sign up” tab near the top of the page.
- On the right, you’ll see a box that says, “Enter invitation number.”
- Enter your Invitation number here – your Invitation number is XXXXXXX .
- They only accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.
- You will receive a Welcome Email from them almost immediately. It will give you your VIP number which is also your user name for your back office information.
